2 cucumbers sliced 2 ripe tomatoes sliced 1 red bell pepper chopped 1 bunch cilantro chopped 1 avocado cut pinch sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and revel in as a simple and scrumptious part salad. The juices of the tomato and bells pepper will marinate with the cilantro to dress the cucumbers. The skin of a cucumber is an extremely good source of vitamin supplements A, C, and folic acid. Easy Avocado Salad Shower
1/2 an avocado 1 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tea spoon chives pinch cayenne pepper pinch salt
Blend all ingredients except for the chives in the food blender until smooth and then mix in the chives. If you don’t have a blender mash the avocado and then beat the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Avocados provide almost 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. Serves 2-4.
Easy Mango Pudding
2 mangoes peeled and diced 1 teaspoon honey .5 cup raspberries 1/4 cup water
Blend all elements except for the raspberries in the blender. Set the mango pudding in a bowl and then garnish with the raspberries or layer the manga pudding with the raspberries in little dessert meals to make a healthy parfait. Serves 2.
